Functional Overview ... .. .
1. When using the app for the first time, create a wallet source – this can be cash or a bank source, and you can add multiple sources if needed. Set the starting balance for each source. Under the info icon, select your preferred currency. (If you need additional currencies, please contact us.)
2. If you already have a source added, tapping the screen will display a plus and minus icon, allowing you to record income or expenses. You can choose which source to record the transaction from or to. In the note field, use a name that makes sense for you – the app remembers it, so you won’t need to type it again next time. Negative balances are not allowed; if there are insufficient funds in the source, you will get an error. All fields are required.
3. By tapping the transfer icon next to the info icon, you can move money between your added sources, making it easy to transfer amounts, for example, between your bank account and cash.
4. The edit (pencil icon) menu, you can set up goals as savings trackers. You can define how much your desired item costs and how much you have already saved for it. Simply create a new source for it, such as Apple Watch Series 10, and mark it as a goal. By continuously transferring money, you can reach 100% and easily manage your savings. When you reach your goal, the system will notify you, and you can decide whether to withdraw the amount – in this case, the full amount will be deducted from the goal – or transfer it back if you change your mind. The choice is entirely yours.
You can freely edit your sources: change their names and amounts anytime. Similarly, you can rename your keywords and see where and how many times you have used them. On the main screen, if you tap on your total balance and you have set goals, a detailed view will appear showing a breakdown of your sources and goals.
On the chart, you can monitor your expenses and income with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly breakdowns.
